Terms of Service

By using Support My Vibe, you agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and our community guidelines. Users are responsible for the content they create, share, or sell through their pages.

Platform Role

Support My Vibe provides a platform for creators to offer digital services, memberships, and custom products. We do not manufacture or directly fulfill physical goods. All transactions are conducted between creators and their customers, with Support My Vibe acting as the platform provider.

Creator Accounts

To receive payouts, creators must create an account, complete profile setup, and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for the platform or its users.

Marketplace & Payout Structure

Support My Vibe collects payments on behalf of creators. The customer pays the full listed price; Support My Vibe retains a platform fee and the creator receives the remainder. Payouts are processed after required verification is completed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Illegal products or services of any kind.
• Adult or explicit content.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Money laundering or financial fraud.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Support My Vibe is not liable for disputes between creators and customers, failure to deliver products or services by a creator, or losses resulting from unauthorized account access. We facilitate transactions but do not assume responsibility for third-party conduct.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
